AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This Affiliate Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by you (hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate" and/or "Webmaster") and NadeNasty (hereinafter referred to as "NadeNasty.com" and/or "GT Studios, LLC"). By clicking on 'I accept' and/or 'create account', the Affiliate is entering into this legal agreement with NadeNasty and affirmatively stating that they have read, understand, and accept the Agreement, and as such, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Affiliate cannot become a member of the NadeNasty Affiliate Program unless accepting each and every term and condition herein.

  1. In order to enroll and participate as a webmaster in the NadeNasty Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must be over eighteen (18) years of age and/or over the age of majority if residing and/or conducting business in states, provinces, or countries where the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age. If at any time, NadeNasty discovers that an Affiliate is under the age of majority, the Affiliate's account shall be canceled and all monies due will be forfeited as partial damages for violation(s) of the terms and services of the Agreement.
  2. The Affiliate must be the owner of the website or the individual vested with the authority to enter into contracts on behalf of the entity that owns the rights to the Affiliate website.
  3. The Agreement shall be in full force and effect commencing on the date accepted by GT Studios, LLC and exist until terminated by either party in accordance with the provisions set forth herein.
  4. All payments are made in U.S. dollars ("USD"). This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Arizona.

    5. Webmaster Referral Program

  5. An Active Webmaster is defined as a Webmaster who has been approved by the owners of the NadeNasty affiliate program. A referring Webmaster will be paid a ten (10) percent commission for a webmaster referral once the referred webmaster is approved and one sale has been made with the NadeNasty affiliate program.
  6. A valid referral is defined as an active webmaster who has sent at least one sale to the NadeNasty affiliate program and is not in violation/breach of the terms of this agreement.
  7. $30 Pay Per Signup: NadeNasty shall pay the Affiliate $30 per signup, generated through any of NadeNasty's tours, whether the consumer purchases a trial or monthly or annual membership.
  8. 50/50 Revenue Sharing: NadeNasty shall pay the Affiliate 50% recurring of all signups and re-bills that the Affiliate's traffic generates using this program.
  9. A signup is defined as a signup from a valid referral that does not result in a refund or reversal in the first 24 hours of membership.
  10. Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that they shall not be entitled to a commission for referrals in breach of this agreement or resulting from fraudulent activity. Family members and employees are not eligible as signups.
  11. NadeNasty reserves the right to determine the manner in which payments shall be processed. The minimum payout amount is one hundred ($100) dollars US. Payments are generally made 30 days after the end of the pay period.
  12. The Affiliate shall not post nor promote CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) or non-consensual content. The Affiliate agrees to remove any such material within 24 hours if reported. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of payments. Affiliate must abide by Mastercard’s Merchant Registration Requirements for Adult Content.
  13. An Affiliate is not authorized to change, modify, or edit NadeNasty or GT Studios, LLC names, images, trademarks, or watermarks. Removal or modification of the NadeNasty watermark is strictly prohibited.
  14. All scenes (videos) belonging to NadeNasty posted by the Affiliate shall not run longer than three (3) minutes in total duration. More than one part of the same scene cannot be posted.
  15. NadeNasty abides by a ZERO TOLERANCE policy relating to "spamming." All mass e-mailings must conform to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
  16. Affiliate website(s) must be in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (Records Keeping and Labeling Act). The Affiliate warrants that all models were at least eighteen (18) years of age when content was created.
  17. The Affiliate shall not use NadeNasty's images or videos for the promotion of any other site.
  18. NadeNasty abides by a ZERO TOLERANCE policy relating to any illegal content (Child Pornography, bestiality, rape, torture, etc.). Any violation will result in immediate revocation of Webmaster status and forfeiture of all funds.
